Questions

Can I see the title documents?

Yes. They are shown at every inspection day, and copies go to your lawyer on request.

Will farm management earn me money?

It may or may not. Rain, pests and prices decide that. We charge for the work and report everything; we do not promise harvest income.

Can I farm the land myself?

Yes. Many buyers do, and use our setup services only.

Can I build a farmhouse?

A store and a small farm house are allowed under the estate rules.
