Every pot starts at six in the morning: fresh peppers blended, meat seasoned overnight, stock made from scratch. Nothing is reheated from yesterday. When it is finished, it is finished.
Good to know
How much soup do I need?
One litre feeds three to four people with swallow. Most families order two litres for the week.
Can I freeze it?
Yes. Our tubs are freezer safe. Soups and stews keep for a month frozen; thaw in the fridge overnight.
How hot is it?
Medium, the way most homes like it. Ask for extra pepper or no pepper in the order note.
When do you deliver?
From 11am for lunch and from 5pm for dinner, across Lagos.
