The same every day except Sunday, when we deliver frozen fish only.

Keeping it fresh

Put fish straight in the fridge and cook within a day, or freeze it the day it arrives. Prawns and crab are best cooked the same day.

How is it delivered?

In insulated boxes with ice, in our own vans.

Can I choose the size of fish?

Tell us at checkout and we pick the closest. Weights are within 10%, and we refund any difference over that.
