We check every guest's vaccination card at check-in. It keeps every dog and cat in the hotel safer.

What we ask for

Given at least the number of days shown before the first night.

Card at check-in

The vaccination card or a vet's letter, every stay.

Spayed or neutered from one year

Or a chat with us first about daycare groups.

A trial half day first

For every first stay and every new daycare dog.

My dog is still a puppy. Can he stay?

From 16 weeks, once all puppy vaccinations are done and at least 14 days have passed.

My card is lost.

Ask your vet for a letter listing the vaccinations and dates.

Do indoor cats need vaccinations?

Yes, to stay with us. Every cat shares the air of the cat wing.
