How do I get my files?
After your payment is confirmed, the creator sends the files to the email you give at checkout. If anything is missing or will not open, write to us and we send it again.
What software do I need?
Each product lists its format. Canva and Notion templates open in the free versions; spreadsheets open in Google Sheets or Excel.
Can I use the templates for clients?
For your own use and for your clients' projects. Not for resale or sharing as a template of your own.
Can I share the files?
Please do not: each purchase is for one person or one business.
Can I get a refund?
Files cannot be returned once sent, so we do not refund them. If a file is broken or not what the product page says, write to us and we put it right.
