    The road beds cut, drains cast and kerbs laid.

  3. Month 8

    Power and water

    The transformer, the poles and the borehole in.

  4. Month 10

    Plots allocated

    Buyers walk to their beacons and receive allocation letters.

  5. Month 12 on

    Homes rise

    Terraces and duplexes built in phases, with monthly photographs.
