Every mattress we sell comes with a 100-night trial at home. Here is exactly how it works and what it costs if you send one back.
The terms
What the trial covers
Read these before you order. They are the same for every mattress.

Pick a day
We collect in Lagos within seven days.
Strip the bed
Take off sheets and the protector; we bring the bag.
Refund
Within five working days of collection.
Trial questions
Can I swap instead of returning?
Yes. We bring the new one when we collect the first, and the fee is waived for a swap.
What happens to returned mattresses?
They are passed to a recycler and never resold as new.
Does the trial cover frames?
No. Frames can be returned unbuilt within 14 days.
