Automatic or quartz?
An automatic winds itself as you wear it and needs a service every five years or so. Quartz runs on a battery and is more accurate. Both are on every product page.
What does the warranty cover?
The movement, for two years from delivery. It does not cover the strap, the glass or water getting in after the crown was left open.
Can I return a watch?
Unworn, with the protective film still on, within 14 days.
