Look on the side of the tyre for something like 195/65 R15. 195 is the width in millimetres, 65 is the height as a percentage of the width, and R15 is the rim size in inches.

Questions
How often should I change tyres?
When the tread is below 2 mm, or every five to six years, whichever comes first.
Should I change all four?
At least two on the same axle. Four is best for grip and even wear.
