Every appointment starts with a short conversation about why you came. Your doctor or nurse explains each step before it happens, and you can stop at any time.
We write your readings and notes down for you to keep. We do not diagnose or prescribe; when something needs a closer look we refer you to a specialist or to your own doctor.
