Do you promise rent?
No. We find good tenants and collect the rent, but no one can promise what a property will earn.
Who holds the caution deposit?
We do, in a separate account, and we return it at the end of the tenancy less any agreed damage.
Can I see my property's account?
Every month, by the 5th, with receipts for every repair.
Do you manage outside Lagos?
Lagos and Abuja for now.
