Every home we let has been inspected, photographed and listed with its real rent and costs. You will see the tenancy agreement before you pay anything.
Once you move in, there is one number for repairs, and a person who answers it.

Read and sign the tenancy agreement.
Pay
Rent and the caution deposit, against a receipt.
Move in
Inventory signed, keys counted, meter readings taken.

What you pay at the start
For a flat let at 3.5 million naira a year.

How do I report a repair?
Message the repairs line with a photograph. We reply the same working day.
Can I leave early?
Your agreement sets out the notice and what happens to the rent.
When do I get my deposit back?
Within 14 days of the final inspection, less any agreed damage.
