How a group works

Four steps, no surprises

Every product here is a group, not a shelf.

  1. Join

    Pick a product and your hub, and pay your share. You can see how many places are left.

  2. It fills

    The moment the last place is taken the group closes and nobody else can join.

  3. We buy and bag

    We buy the whole lot in one go and bag every share at the hub.

  4. You collect

    Pick up on drop day, or book a street drop for your whole group.

Questions

What happens if a group does not fill?

The group is cancelled on its closing date and every member is refunded in full, to the card or account they paid from, within two working days.

Can I leave a group?

Yes, until it fills. Once it fills we buy straight away, so shares cannot be cancelled.

Are the prices fixed?

The price you see when you join is the price you pay. It does not change if the market moves before the group fills.
