How it works
A group, not a shelf
Every product is bought together by a set number of members. The price is fixed when you join; the group closes when it fills.
Step by step
From joining to collecting
Choose a group
Each one shows the price, the places left and the closing date.
Pay your share
Your money is held for that group only.
The group fills
It closes the moment the last place is taken.
Or it does not
On the closing date an unfilled group is cancelled and everyone is refunded.
Drop day
We buy, bag and label every share at your hub.
Collect
Show your order number, or wait for your street drop.
Group status
What each label means
You will see one of these on every group.
| Label | What it means | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Filling | Places are still open | Join or leave |
| Nearly full | Five places or fewer | Join quickly |
| Full | Closed and being bought | Wait for drop day |
| Not filled | Cancelled on its closing date | Your refund is on its way |
| Ready | Bagged at the hub | Collect |
Questions
Who buys the goods?
We do, in one order for the whole group, from mills, farms and wholesalers we know.
Why a group size?
Buying a whole lot at once is what makes the group price possible, so we only buy when every place is taken.
Do I need to be a member?
Joining the club is free. You only pay for the groups you join.
