What happens when

These apply to every group in the club.

When	What happens	Your money
You join	Your place is held	Held for that group
You leave before it fills	Your place is freed	Refunded in two working days
The group fills	It closes and we buy	Spent on your share
Closing date and not full	The group is cancelled	Refunded in full in two working days
Drop day	Shares bagged at the hub	Nothing more to pay
Not collected in three days	Delivered to you	A delivery fee

Your money is kept for your group

It is only spent once that group fills.

The price is fixed when you join

It does not change if the market moves.

Full refunds, not credit

Back to the card or account you paid from.

How long does a refund take?

Two working days from the closing date, to the card or account you paid from.

Is anything kept back?

No. An unfilled group is refunded in full.

What if my share is short or damaged?

Tell us at the hub before you leave and we will make it up or refund that part.
