No. There is a pace group for everyone, including run and walk.

Is it safe so early?

We run in groups on lit roads, with a pacer at the front and back.

Can I try before I join?

Yes. Your first guest run is 2,000 naira, taken off membership if you join.

Can I try shoes on?

Yes, with a jog on the pavement outside the shop.
